Financial Leadership II (Advanced)
The next step for managers who read the numbers: use them to plan, invest and lead performance.
For managers who already understand the basics and now own targets, budgets or investment proposals. The programme moves from reading numbers to using them: linking strategy to a budget, reading variances and acting on them, judging investment proposals with payback and discounted cash flow, managing working capital, and presenting financial results to a board or owners with confidence. Cases come from real decisions, and participants work on figures from their own department so the tools are ready to use on Monday morning.

- Link strategy and targets to a realistic budget
- Read variances and decide what to do about them
